Ooof. That’s no bueno. Yeah, I gave it up when I left my area and the drive from Denver to any skiing was an hour or longer in traffic. I haven’t picked up downhill again since moving home, but I do nordic and snowshoeing. BoyPenguin and my older brother are always dropping subtle hints that I might get back into it…

I’m glad she got treated and the treatment wasn’t that bad for her. And hopefully she’ll remain cancer free!

That’s good to know! We currently don’t have any rabbits (lots of dogs and fences in our ‘hood), but the neighbors do have a cat that likes to roam. So far I think the coffee’s been working. I’m putting in marigolds anyway ‘cause I love them!

Yeah, I saw a cute idea on Pinterest and tried my own version of it! It’s near the concrete hand that’s sticking out of the flower garden. I’ve told the kids that it’s the zombie hand of the last kid who stepped foot in my flowers. I’m hoping it’ll be an effective deterrent.
