People are rarely falsely accused of rape. If someone is accused of rape you can’t say they are definitely guilty, but if you look at statistics they probably are.

There’s a point when hate speech gets dangerous. At that point it should be illegal. Looking at Europe’s history, I think it’s a good thing that you can’t just go around display a swastika or talk about killing people because of their religion/ethnicity.
