My room mate bleeds super heavy and she uses the cup. On her heavier days, she backs that up with a reusable pad. I think she ends up changing her cup every 4-5 hours when she’s bleeding super hard.

It’s really not. Though there are times I’m heavier on the flow and just too lazy to change it. Then it’s like the doors opening in the Shining. But that’s true for pads or tampons. Same level of mess, I promise. Pads were worse for me. Ugh, and the chaffing.

Moon Cups are much shorter and the one I went with. (Even then, I still had to trim the stem. My vaginal canal is shorter than a Cooper.)

If people are scared to get their own fluids on themselves, they got some growing up to do.

Blue heelers are crazy strong for such small dogs. I’ve noticed it’s all in their build. Up front, their legs are thicker and that’s where all their power comes from.
