A lot of people use them to guard their chickens because they’re territorial and will take on just about anything. That and they warn you when there is an intruder in the yard. They’re like flamboyant guard dogs with no training and more of a temper.

I don’t think it’s as huge a deal as some believe. I’m not a rabid HRC fan as a lot of people here on this site are, either. Could she have done better? Yeah, that’s a given. But humans are not infallible and she’s not a super hero with virtues that set her apart from everyone else.
