I'm suprised no one mentioned the greatest least sexy series of the year : Halt and catch fire
That Doctor Who season was one of transition, and it did go very well. Let's hope next season tops that.

True Detective and/or Fargo : the two major new dramas of the year.
A whole story told in 8 or 10 episodes, great acting, cinematography, scenario.

wow, that should be something.
But we'll miss the puns and accents, won't we ?
