Still lot of information is missing but I would like to add that in that area, close to the Horsburgh lighthouse the traffic is very dense. Westbound and Eastbound TSS lanes plus all the ships that depart or arrive to the OPL anchorages in the area and keeping a CPA of more than 0.2 NM can be difficult.
