Hahahaha!!! Oh, you're being serious? This propaganda that unions are bad is ridiculous. Unions exist because individual workers have very limited power when negotiating with large companies. Unionized employees combine so they can negotiate on even footing with their employers.
Unions seemed unneeded 20 years ago, but I think their importance is increasing today. There is no more loyalty towards employees today. Look at how workers are treated today by big companies like Walmart or Amazon. Temporary help, short hours so you're not full time with benefits like health insurance.
