I think you missed the transition from serious to ironic use that happened like a year ago, or, for example, in the above post.
I'm the one defending this car so I'll be flamed. But I think you're overestimating car buyers, the majority don't give a flying fuck in space about history. That's why we love the Tesla, no history just good cars. Going with that, what's wrong with accesibility? We've normally associated crappy "bimbos" with BMWs…
If you consider a car an investment, you're silly.
It's no V6 Mustang!
Hat tip to Mr. kerc. My first car was a 1991 Civic DX sedan with specs not too far off from his Mirage, and I can attest to how fun such a car can be even taking it to the occasional autocross. If you can be happy with such a vehicle then be happy. It certainly does keep your auto fun budget in check and reasonable.
Can we all just start calling this car a Fiata?
Isn't that the Multiair Turbo 1.4 engine they're already using?
They already do this bud.
Wow, I was expecting the typical scathing Dart review but this was a pleasant surprise. I love my car, I really do. It certainly has its flaws but I just enjoy driving it. The 1.4T/6MT combo makes my commute more bearable, I think the interior is fantastic, the driving position is phenomenal for me, and it looks damn…
The 6-speed manual gearbox, undoubtedly, salvages the day (as well as the score), and by all accounts is the transmission of choice. As with most manuals, it livens the driving experience up immensely. So, unless you adore watching Jeopardy, buy magazines for the crossword puzzles, and generally enjoy a dull,…
Agreed about UConnect. I've used it a few times in rentals and I've always been impressed. One of my favorite features: You like a song on XM, you tell it you like it, and if it's playing on any station, it will let you know. How cool is that?
Or the best design in the segment, I'd give it a 9.
Lanesplitting this fast is stupid. Lanesplitting at very low speeds is an efficient use of roads when traffic is otherwise not moving, and filtering to the front of line of vehicles at a stoplight is a good way to avoid being rear-ended by drivers who aren't paying attention.
Lane splitting is actually pretty safe and is a good way for motorcyclists to travel...it should be done in a safe and prudent manner when legal to do so....not like this.
