Yea a court wouldn’t allow that. I’ve seen a judge (who didn’t speak spanish) tell a lawyer (who did) that he couldn’t object to what the witness was saying until everyone heard the English translation. They should have just shown the court interpreter translating, but I guess they wanted that oh they’re both latina…
