I love Robert Reich. His documentary was dope.

3/10 I gave you an extra point for that whippersnapper lingo you used.

You do know that O’Malley and Sanders have been asking for more debates since the beginning, right? Now that Clinton wants more debates, Sanders has more leverage to negotiate. This could’ve been settled a long time ago.

Ahem... Lol jk

If I had sent you that response that you wrote me, wouldn’t you have rolled your eyes thinking “yea, I already knew this” ? And saying that I used “White-passing” incorrectly is debatable. I wasn’t using it only to describe the specific actors I mentioned.

Lol, I should just dismiss this comment, but I’ll bite. I swear the number of times I get explained my own background on this site is astonishing.

Yea, I was going to touch on that as well (the race aspect). Cameron Diaz doesn’t seem like she really identifies with her Cuban roots. I feel like there’s a lot white passing actors that purposely don’t talk about about their background much. Like Alexis Bledel and Louie CK. I mean, I might be wrong because I

It’s so bizarre how people act like she started something new.

invented* dammit

I just needed somewhere to post this.

Because we don’t have enough prominent Latinos making waves for us. I think of all the black people who’ve spoken out about diversity, and I can’t think of any Latinos that have except Gina Rodriguez, Eva Mendez, and a few others. Sofia Vergara, the highest paid actress on TV I believe, hasn’t really talked about this.

Beauty bloggers have been all about her braids since she had them on nye. They're acting like kim invited the look.

Yep. And Cruz is smart enough to know how to do it. Trump doesn't know how anything works. He'll need advisors to explain every step to him.

Ooh when did she do the accent?

Haha I came here to post the same thing.

If I thought they had the same principles, I’d do the same.

Thanks for this informative response - you made good points that I didn't consider.

Representation is key, but not when the country’s future is at stake. And if we’re going to measure it like that, I can say Bernie would be the first Jewish president, and Jewish people have been persecuted for centuries. Or because I'm Cuban I could vote for Cruz or Rubio, but they don't stand for what I believe in.

I know. I put them to show it wasn’t just a random thought that some gawker poster came up with. It’s clear she hasn't outright endorsed someone but it’s telling that she’s tweeting that, wrote that piece, and the only female senator who hasn’t stumped for her.
