Every time I watch Gattaca I seriously want someone to kick off a startup that retrofits classic old Citroens and Rover P6s with high performance electric innards. I still hold out hope that this will actually happen on a grander scale than it already is.

I spent a stupid amount of time listening to my old (original release) PS3 churning its fans, while playing the Motorstorm Trilogy for a bit of nostalgia’s sake. I still think those games were damned good, and at times Motorstorm Apocalypse gets really nutso with how frenetic the races become once the landscape /

No idea what that last line means but oh....kay. I loved platformers, just not Spyro or its ilk. I have v happy PS1-era memories of stuff like Pandemonium (do a HD remake of THAT, please someone!) and Klonoa (Lunatea’s veil was one of the best damned games of the PS2 era). TBH I’m a brit though and I get the

12 million sales combined? Holy....that has to be worldwide though, right?

I think Activision’s barrel has been so thoroughly scraped that they’re through to the other side of the damned thing. Christ, were the Spyro games EVER that popular? You’ll be telling me someone is remaking Bubsy next....

The Rock wouldn’t be a massive loss to the franchise (and I thought they actually had a nice ‘get out’ for him in the last FF movie). Spin off will just be dumb bubblegum fun for the eyeballs. TBH though I’m not overly in love with Tyrese’s character since him changing from a wisecracking jailbird in the 2nd movie

Those figures are fantastic but no Dahlsim?

Totally agree that this was a fantastic steampunk world you’d want to spend more time in - IF they could just actually remember to put a game in there next time, that’d be great.

Christ on a bike! Do not start up that SimTower emulator if you’ve got headphones on. Just sayin’

YES! Me too with Burnout Revenge, possibly one of the most overlooked games of the last couple of generations. Burnout Paradise was “OK” (to be honest, I think the series suffered the move to an open world model - always, always preferred both NFS and Burnout when they were just closed track racing). One thing’s for

Christ, I am totally in love with Genderbent Indy!

If anyone’s got any tips on how to get rid of that horrid ‘sun bleaching’ you get on old Dreamcasts (and their controllers) I’m all ears. Non smoker, never smoked but you look at the damned thing and it looks like an 80 a day person owned it. But it’s purely sun damage. I heard there was some clever strip-down method

Damn, someone needs to turn this into a videogame. Or just, y’know, stop dicking around and give us Motorstorm on the damned PS4 NOW!

More painful reminders that Disney are complete and utter dicks for not releasing a Gravity Falls Box Set. I mean COME ONNNNNNNNNN!

Look how happy that guy is! Gotta love that about Nintendo stuff, it makes people smile like that.

This happens in the UK a lot too, but we also get the arsehole BMW drivers who will flick their hazards on or flick from left to right indicators and back again in a sort of reverse-polite ‘fuck you’ gesture too...

Haha I love your mom. S’funny because when you posted the original article about her falling in love with the new MX5 I knew somehow she’d end up with one. Go her! Her old ride was damned sweet though, have to say I always preferred the older shape MX5s for being a bit more curvy and rounded. New one is brutal and

Bizarre amount of hate here for this game (in the comments at least). I must’ve played something entirely different to those of you who found it ‘annoying’, ‘bland’ or ‘simple’ - It certainly can be annoying in places (yes, the original control scheme and camera system was hateful - something that seems common to most

Bugger. I’m going to end up buying this for a sodding THIRD time aren’t I. It’d better be cheap, dammit.
