They use Bing Maps, actually, because Microsoft.

As far as I know the data isn't taken from Google maps.  It's taken from bing's mapping data, because it's a Microsoft backed project, so unless bing's street view of your city had that same visual glitch it would not affect the rendering of your city.

I mean, he does get progressively older as the games go on.
Wouldn’t be hard to see him with a full head of hair and eventually turn out bald/clean cut in the last, considering at  that point he’s the general of the system.
