I stopped on the moment they noticed both can talk. At some point in each version they talked. To each other, to the audience, toughts, acted as narrator, etc. Then i tried to left it away and accept as now they can talk and did not work at all

Not exactly a tactic but we used at the time: On Mortal Kombat 1 you do the fatality at the end of a jump and if the screen goes black and your character freeze in the landing frame you just did a “playboy”. Then we would use the word in other games when we did this same thing.
