If you’re getting the same interest rate over 84 months as you are over 60 months there is absolutely no reason NOT to take the longer term loan and make higher payments. 1.9% is an excellent interest rate for any term car  loan.  Just because you get an 84 month loan doesn’t mean you have to pay it out over 84…

If I’m not mistaken it can also be the opposite where the lower the number the tighter the corner. Sometimes even corresponding with the best gear for the corner. I could be wrong though. I haven’t raced rally in a while. (Coincidentally since my PS4 crapped out).
