You never touched the novels, right?
You never touched the novels, right?
You didn't read the novels, right?
"Star Trek fanatics who want nothing more than return to TOS"
I'm sorry if I offended you, but I read io9, Kotaku and sometimes Gizmodo, and every fucking time I read something about WB plans is someone being pessimistic or predicting it will fail.
I like how everyone in Gawker Media blogs are predicting that WB/DC properties will fail because Marvel did this, Marvel did that. I can't wait for them to prove you guys wrong.
From Russia With Love is my favourite Bond movie, but my favourite Bond actor is Timothy Dalton.
Because there's nothing more japanese than a blue-eyed blonde.
I don't know much about this character, but seeing this makes me wish they made a movie about him back in the 70s.
I still like Lost. I didn't liked the last season, but I "enjoyed the ride" you know. It had five fun seasons, and I'm grateful for that.
"STOP DISLINKING THINGS I LIKE"
I think even the new Star Wars have this problem. In that trailer we see Tatooine, stormtroopers, X-Wings. the Millenium Falcom, a droid that looks like R2, etc.
Some of these guys here probably never played the King's Quest games, that's why they don't care about the changes. :(
I hope you're not counting Telltale on your list of "everyone and their grandma".
I wish I could appreciate RDR. If only Rockstar ported the game for PC. I don't care if they port the game right now, I'd pay full price on it.
He's one of the guys responsible for those two Star Trek movies filled with self-references and gratuitous fan service. I want to see the Enterprise crew doing something new, going to new places instead of defending earth from Space terrorists, so I'm glad JJ Abrams and Orci left the boat. I just hope the next person…
Maybe when Destiny hit the Valve store.
I'm starting to think Japanese McDonald's is sponsoring Kotaku, because there's a lot of news about their burgers here. :P
I agree with you, I was just playing with the same words Craig used because it was a similar situation. I see people here blaming Nolan for "ruining Batman", but I think they forgot what came before. Also, the success of Marvel movies came after, so there wasn't much they could do at the time. The superhero genre…
Telltale is kind of safe because of their competent writing, but the "game" part of their games is clearly their weakness. I love them, but I would like them to try make something new.
Batman also had to go darker because Joel Schumacher.
