The game is based on a series of books, but the story of the games is not an adaptation of any of them. The first game takes place before the last story written by Andrej Sapkowki (a very popular Polish writer) and is not officialy canon.

They do release new games once in awhile. Left 4 Dead 2 (2009), Portal 2 (2011), Dota 2 (2013). 2 in 2 years.

Valve should totally make a single player game where you play as Miss Pauling!

Pepe is a ridiculously stupid player so...

I dislike american sports, but I like "how they work". I'm brazilian and the soccer league here have 12 strong teams, but the local television and the federation are trying to reduce these numbers because the clubs can't agree with each other to form a proper league so they make deals for themselves and the clubs from

I think it's funny that the most popular sport in the US runs under a socialist system.

Yes, I am. And I'm giving my 50$ for some other developer who cares about my money.

Yeah, this is why I'm skipping this. I'd rather give my money to someone who treats me like a customer, not like a dog.

RDR still hurts. They promised. :(

I'm not pirating, I'm simply not buying. It's been years since the last time I illegaly downloaded a game. That, and I still have a backlog of games (made from people who care about my money) to play.

Not buying. Rockstar treated us like shit. They don't deserve my money.

I love Steam and Valve, and I can say the same about GoG and CDProjekt, so it's a competition where I'm rooting for both, and I'll continue using both services because they're awesome! :)

Because EA owns the rights of Alpha Centauri.

Yes. I finished Bioshock 1 (I'm yet to play 2 and Infinite) for the first time last week and I think I would've enjoyed a lot more if it was a exploration/point and click game. I was just interested in the story/lore and didn't liked the shooter mechanics.

I remember playing Neverwinter Nights (the one from Bioware) multiplayer on a Roleplaying-only server during half a year as a woman character. I had just ended school and had nothing else to do so it was the only thing I've done during that period in my life, literally half a year roleplaying as a woman online. It was

Now playing

This is the intro of the original Quake 1 Mod. It was popular between Quake players back then. I played until 2005 when there was still a decent number of active players, at least in brazilian servers.

Well, I'm a PC gamer since the 90s and I sure don't care that much about graphics. Sure I have to update my graphics card eventually, but if I can't play a game on it's maximum settings, I don't care, I play the way I can.

So it's basically the multiplayer of NWN but instead of an RPG it's an FPS?
