It’s the safest assumption. Fuller is a genius. American Gods was hard enough to adapt and he did it masterfully. Maybe the groundwork is laid well enough that someone else will be able to pick up the slack and carry it, but I wouldn’t count on it.

Noooooooo. This was in my Top 10 shows this year, and he was a huge part of it.

But maybe... Hannibal Season 4?

Not sure why anybody would bother with that song after the Jackson Five. That’s the definitive “Santa Claus is Coming to Town.”

Any talk of abortion for Lane would have been wildly out of place.

To use Steve’s metaphor, I can’t believe Stranger Things has kept a player like Cara Buono on the bench for two seasons now. I hope her scene with Billy, featuring their dueling décolletages, promises something—anything—for Mrs. Wheeler next season.

YOU’RE a silly show about kids and monsters. Seriously, just don’t read it if you don’t want to. Some of us are vibing on it and enjoying ourselves here. Please don’t be a party pooper. This 80's kid needs this show.

Ah! My favorite kind of nerd argument! Other than being light projected from a screen with synced audio the two shows are nothing alike. Not even the same genre, and with different intentions. It’s kind of like saying “The Seventh Seal” is superior to “A Day at the Races” or “Remembrance of Things Past” is superior to

Things I really liked in this episode:

Agreed on the show nailing everything about the 80's aesthetic. I think it has my favorite soundtrack on TV right now, as well.

I know this will be a controversial opinion, but I think The Good Place is a good show. In addition, I enjoy watching it.

I think it’ll be a color that looks brown, but is really a color that humans cannot see.

It is bewildering to me when I end up on Megan Kelly’s side of anything. But I legitimately feel bad for her, and other women employed by Fox News, that they had to work in unsafe proximity to this abusive, sanctimonious creep (as well as the rest of them).

Eleanor’s reaction to the shrimp dispenser was my favorite thing about this episode

I saw it going this way:

I’m guessing some combination of her relationship with Jason and the 800+ resets making her super-aware or something along those lines.

How do you manage to use the internet when you seem to have completely disappeared inside your own ass? Do you get Wi-Fi in there?

Who DOES that?! He’s a pig.

You know what drives me absolutely nuts about these kinds of articles...

“We will continue to do nothing to enforce our old rules and now we have brand new rules for us to do nothing to enforce. Happy now, ladies?”
