Jury nullification is absolutely a thing. Whether you agree with it in principal or not is a different discussion, but it exists.

He’d definitely be the one you’d want to be behind in a pack. I could stand on the pedals and still draft him.

You would think, but I can’t find it in the manual. Best I found was this (I only spent 5 minutes searching around). So I guess if you think you have it in N but it’s showing one of those modes, that’s bad. But that still doesn’t preclude being in 2WD by accident?

2a I’m good with, implied is never a good idea in this kind of thing.

Yeah, my 3 year old also takes responsibility (and apologizes) when he fucks shit up or hits his sister. But we don’t give him a fucking medal for it.

Yep, my first guess when I saw the pictures + trailer was they got slammed by a sudden crosswind from the gorge, overcompensated and flipped it off the other side. It’s probably considerably windier there than the surrounding area, plus weird as you say.

Yeah. It looks like an easy mistake to make. As someone who does a lot of checklist creation and human performance stuff, I’m curious what the fix is.

I had a friend (in like 2004) that got T-boned by a truck in his 64 Mustang (that he pulled out in front of, I think).

I’m about to sell my 2010 Speed3, and I have absolutely no idea how to price it. The stuff I’m seeing online is just absolutely all over the map.

Hours isn’t great, because the difference between idling and doing 100 on the freeway are significant from a wear on roads and emissions perspective.

But they’re probably going to win their latest lawsuit in the Supreme Court, which will allow all sorts of stuff, at least for a while.

Yeah, I’m not sure the CDC recommends you pull 7G in your fighter plane while you’re 6 months pregnant, but I’m guessing there hasn’t been a lot of testing, so who knows.

Maybe because they literally mentioned it in the article?

He’s a legend in engineering. He’s showed up in engineering ethics courses I’ve taken, as well as in human performance training I’ve done. He’s probably one of the most famous engineers (for good reasons that is...).

For a few glorious seconds I thought you were married to Mr. T from A-Team. I had questions.

My mom apparently found like 3 or 4 unopened packs from when I was a kid. We live in different states, I’m tempted to just have her sell the unopened ones since they’re absurdly priced right now. Sell or open? I haven’t been into any of this in many, many years.

Sure would’ve been nice if the Supreme Court hadn’t fucked us.

I mean, don’t kink shame?

I was mostly doing an ok job of keeping mine charged by running them occasionally or using them for an errand. Died a few times, but not bad.
