Yeah, I mean, technically it could mean from 72,950,000 to 72,949,999.

Shit, who told you what I've been working on?

I usually say “I grew up in X, we live in Y now”. If it’s someone who will care, I’ll add "well, I was born in Z”.

I hadn't considered the fact that a center lock nut would need to be so high. Makes sense.

2200 ft-lbs is considerably higher than the specs on my car (80-100 iirc). Is that actually how tight they’re trying to get them, or is that how much power it has to remove a nut? Obviously my air gun at home is way more powerful than I need it to be to put things on, so that it can get tough things off.

With my family of four and my income of last year being under the limit, I’ll probably get the full $2400. I’m working from home, will probably make about 180k this year (my new job is around 220k depending on hours, but I switched middle of the year) and have little need for extra money, but it’ll be nice to get.

My last job was at an engineering firm consulting for electric utilities. We had special letters we carried when driving to the office or to a job site that said we were allowed to be out. Even though as engineers I could’ve done everything from home, they used that to get people back to the office sooner.

Our den has a fireplace but it's giant and doesn't draw unless you make a massive, hot fire. Those little logs don't get hot enough. We're working on putting in a gas insert.

We use our living room (the more formal one, but still with a TV, on the main level with the kitchen and stuff) during the day mostly, and in the evenings.

Was it tied down at all? Or did the ties fail?

The disingenuous and hypocritical takes and reactions from the right over the next 4 years are going to give me a fucking stroke.

Yeah, the missing windshield combined with a fabric dash, is fucking ugly and weird.

I have a WEN 13.5 amp corded 18". Just put it back together for the season yesterday, ready for our big storm. I don’t mind the cord, surprisingly, it’s not that bad. Just have to plan my route somewhat and not just wander around. It moves a good bit of snow though, much, much nicer than shoveling for sure, and no gas

This has been known for years, but nobody did anything about it.

We have 2 young kids. We’ve been trying to eat one meal a week at the dining room table, instead of every single meal on the couch in front of the TV.

Ok, those step and roll seats are seriously cool. I wish my Odyssey had that on the middle row. Even if I don’t have a ramp to roll them down, I could still roll them into the garage instead of breaking my back.

I mean, look at the house. It’s a gorgeous custom mansion with more square feet of glass than most houses have of floor.

For sure. It’s absurdly quick (which has some folks worried, I wish they’d do a better job explaining that it’s not all brand new, it’s just tweaks and adjustments to vaccines we’ve studied for a long time, even if mRNA hasn’t been approved before).

Doesn’t she still need another dose in 3 weeks? And then it still isn’t all that effective until like a week after that? Realistically, she can breath a little easier maybe in like the middle of January.

My wife and I are going through this. We’re relatively young, have kids. She mostly sees sleeping apart as a bad thing, because often when we fight she doesn’t want me around, so after some stuff I’ve been sleeping on the couch for like 4 months or something. But I don’t mind it, because I sleep better, and she sleeps
