No picture of the second row seats removed. Which is one of the bad things about the magic slide, is that it sticks up somewhat even with the seats removed.

If they just went to the store and bought a bunch of boxes, isn’t it likely they all came from the same few minutes of manufacturing batch?

I mean, that’s still 50% over list, so you probably shouldn’t have bought it in 1985 either.

As often as backup generators run, I’m not sure that’s a worthwhile investment to make, not to mention that the main thing you need from a backup generator is 99.999% reliability when you really need it. Switching to a semi-custom unknown quality fuel seems like a poor choice in that application.

Yep. Even at $3.50 a gallon or something, it’s usually not worth it in the US to spend a ton of money on a more efficient car (I mean, saving the environment, not dying a fiery death in a wildfire in 50 years, blah blah blah).

Gradenko or Grandenko??? Your story is falling apart!

You’re missing the joke.

Yeah, an autopilot on a sailboat at sea, is definitely taking over and people are sleeping. Certainly on solo passages, and likely even on two or three handed. Yeah, thought I’d never be one to buy new, but then we looked at Honda Odysseys.

One of the main issues is lack of one on one interaction, which wouldn't apply to her case.

The first sentence, I could see that.

Just a minor thing (that non-sailors aren’t expected to know). But this isn’t a collision. It’s an allision. A violent meeting between a ship and a stationary object.

Yep, he was just a few feet tall. He was probably running late due to a loading issue, tide came up higher than he’d calculated, oops.

Our worker rights are shit, and those few that we do have, people don’t stand up for themselves, because even if they’re right, they’ll get fired, and if they get fired, they might not find something else, especially if they’re not in demand. And the settlement after the fact will be a pittance, and probably consumed

Try being super fucking rich next time. I hear that’s the key.
