This absolutely needs to be a thing. Someone should just ask her deli guy, or uber driver, or whatever, what they think about the thing her latest column is about, and then print that. I would read that.

It’s completely insane. The only reason you would need to stay faithful to a dead spouse is out of your own grief, desire, internal demons, love for them, etc, whatever. There’s absolutely no reason to do it other than for yourself (and maybe young kids or something?).
Yeah, at a normal company ethics training involves being provided with information on whistleblower protections, the 1-800 ethics line number, and various laws against conflicts of interest, gifts to contractors/government employees, hiring practices, etc.
And Coast Guard is like the Navy in rank, so it's the equivalent of a freaking Captain in the Army. He was promoted, twice. He could be in charge of like 150 people.
Heckin good doggy, 13/10. Would watch again.
Counterpoint: All of DC sucks and there are no good choices.
a Marine veteran whom the complaint falsely attacks as a “phony war hero”
To be fair, they now make sure you have a car seat installed. So, there’s that at least? But yeah, other than that, here’s this incredibly fragile thing that needs 24/7 attention and care, and you’ve never done this, and it doesn’t come with a manual, so best of luck not killing it!
American politics in 2019 folks.
The impressive thing is just how cheaply you can buy power in the US. The fourth largest firm in the country only brought in $24 million in lobbying money last year? That’s, not really that much income for a company, especially one with as many people on staff as they have. Surely they’re making their actual money…
I take a bunch of safety courses and other types of online courses for my job (OSHA stuff, company based stuff, driving stuff, PE license PDH stuff, etc) and it drives me nuts when something is wrong but I have to answer the “wrong” way.
Yeah, I have so many questions. It must be strange living in the alternate reality he has apparently concocted down there in Wherever, Alabama.
I bet you could buy votes from a majority of people for around $500. He could conceivably buy 100 million votes, more than enough to win.
Fair. Perhaps the best doctors part just counteracts the incredible stress part, and leaves the chart about accurate?
I mean, technically, once you make it to 79, your life expectancy is another 8.77 years. https://www.ssa.gov/oact/STATS/table4c6.html
Yeah, I don’t think this is correct. Scot is an old word meaning tax, according to the interwebs. So it means “tax free” and evolved to mean “without punishment”.
Fuck her forever, but damn if 30 years for $18k doesn’t seem harsh.
If your 2 choices are “this is fine” and “let’s redo this” and you pick “this is fine” you’re a traitor to democracy. So I’m sure it’ll be a 3-2 split between sane people and traitors.
Well, it’s not every day you get to meet someone famous.
Interesting. I didn’t know that was basically a movie thing.
