A $500 chinese auto-appliance isn’t a desirable import. I doubt people are willing to pay that much for a JMC truck made with the body of a mid 90s Chevy LUV (Isuzu Rodeo with a pickup bed) and the front end of a Nissan D22 with an engine that makes 84 hp at the crank. That’s the big difference.

I still have some documents I found on a hotel business center computer. A purchase order for some LC 105s (in 2009), and the transaction was fairly convoluted. I believe it was a Colombian organization buying them in Panama, through a Panamanian dealer, money exchanged in Belgium, for delivery in some exotic place

That. When I bought my Trailblazer, I got it used from a Toyota dealership. I was talking to the salesman about a Land Cruiser 120 I had in Central America, and about the new 200s (that’s how long ago it was, the 200 series were new). He said the dealership had sold a grand total of ONE ever since it was introduced.

This is a prime example of why we need legal lobotomies.

I’m really hoping that Nathalie McGloin (the wheelchair girl who races “Parshes”) can help get him behind the wheel as soon as possible, since she’s got experience racing with nothing but hands.

Alcantara :p

Maybe it’s time to start putting tire barriers along the exit route.

Until you try to lease one and realize that leasing a Tradesman can be more expensive than a Laramie or Laramie Longhorn.

Looks like it’s available.

There’s one truck, not sure if its the M35A2 or the M923, it’ll run on anything that might resemble fuel.

Wonder if they’ll scream FAKE NEWS!

Isn’t it legal to pass on a double yellow if the vehicle being passed is going >20mph below the speed limit? It was my understanding that at those speeds it’s legal to do so with care (for example, passing Amish buggies, farm machinery, etc)

I used to work in automotive R&D at an OEM. The women were vastly outnumbered in most departments (anything not HR, Finance, and such), that said, the women in the engineering and proto shop floors were very passionate about cars, most of the ones I met drove sticks, and as far as doing the actual work, just as

No mention of race in this article. Please keep your Jezebel/Gawker opinions on Jezebel, not here.

I think that’s what happened to the dude with the Tacoma with the old style (yellow letters on black) that said 3J0H22A.

Does the Uber app show the full plate in the US? In Mexico (at least in my city) it only seems to be showing the first 3 letters (which are assigned on a state by state basis) after an update, so trying to figure out which Nissan Versa with the plate ZAA-**-** is your Uber is damn near impossible.

Wow, a bed with side tiedown hooks and I presume the dual lever operated tailgate latches. Didn’t know that got carried over to that generation on the Crew Cab.

Only in XLT (plain Lobo) and higher trims. Work truck is still called F-150 XL.

Nissan has said the D23 won’t be sold in the US.

Emissions or CAFE?
