That’s the big problem with policies like those of Bernie Sanders. Oh, we will increase minimum wage, we will create all this regulation to improve your life at the expense of employers. Yep, regulation regulation regulation, same regulation that drove Carrier from Indiana to Monterrey.

Factory wages are still higher than they’d earn doing housekeeping, janitorial, construction and such.

Today I learned...

Was it? I don’t remember what I was trying to build, but I’m sure it wasn’t a single cab/short bed. I thought it was odd that with all the promotion, I still couldn’t build one.

The optioning on the F-150s is just as stupid as the one on the new Tacomas.

I wish they offered the 8' bed on a crew cab, or on a glorified extended cab, like the one Dodge offered as a crew cab.

But is that still an option on the aluminium F-150?

I guess she didn’t take the third reich.

I’ve kinda seen one in my life ( kinda/sorta, it was the CSX, the one that came after the EL). Registered in Ohio, and parked in the employee lot at one of Honda’s facilities.

Did you steal it from the original stealers? or did the police do the dirty job for you?

Are they keeping that on the F-150? seems like at least as of the 2008 trucks you could opt for either column or console shifter on the Lariat (I wish they had carried it over to the King Ranch).

Buy your local brand of Nestle Waters North America, those now have a cap that feels like one and a quarter turn cap.

So 3 people across?

Fortunately I haven’t had to visit the Cruz Roja clinic there.

Also, have you/your wife looked at the Smart Drive add-on? looks like a neat attachment and I’d guess that a unit that is entirely removable is better for air travel.

I’m more amazed that you were able to find a replacement wheelchair (or for that matter, any kind of replacement medical equipment) in Playa though. Just something as simple as distilled water is only carried by ONE pharmacy chain in town, I imagined that for wheelchairs you’d have to go all the way to Cancun to find

Time for them to Make Rallying Great Again.

Shortly after I moved from AZ to OH, I started getting a LOT of URGENT NOTICES about WARRANTY EXPIRATION on the TrailBlazer I had just purchased (about 5 years prior).

It only did because the foamular is flexible and I was ok with a couple of edges having slight damage. My guess is that this would fit fine on a Suburban (but NOT a Tahoe, since the Trailblazer EXT is something like 10" longer than the Tahoe). This wouldn’t work with a driver taller than maybe 5'5. Doable, yes.

Ability to carry a large amount of gear is one of them. Lower top speed? hardly. At some point the Tahoe PPV could outrun every police package car in the US except for the Charger V8, PPVs are not governed, unlike SSV or civilian trims.
