I think the last thing was that Brooke Mueller got ‘em back. But yeah, it was amazing of Denise to take care of them while no one else in their lives could.

Calling your kids dad a cunt in a very public forum is a great way to make sure your kid can't stand you.

I don’t think she’s looked like she’s enjoyed anything since about 2002, which is one of the things I love about her. She’s high priestess of the bored smirk.

Cholula is better, and it already comes in adorable, little, 2oz bottles. Suck it sriracha lovers.

I was once one of those kids. All I remember about it is that it was cold and I was bored and because I was a preteen girl someone gave me this big magazine/newspaper thing that was full of advice on how to dress modestly and “protect your purity” and what to do if you “mess up” and end up pregnant.

Ruffalo has to go. Supporting his film’s message and the people who were victimized and characterized gives them a voice. But I’d bet he’s contractually obligated to go to X, Y, and Z to earn money and not piss off future people who would hire him. He’s also nominated, so getting an award wouldn’t be a bad bonus. Then

Mark Ruffalo is most likely contractually obligated to be at the Oscars. It was probably written into his contract for the film that he show up at any major awards ceremony where the film or his work the film is nominee. His appearance is promoting the film, along with all the interviews (like the one in the

Asked if he supports the boycott, he said: “I do. I’ve been really struggling with it myself because I do a lot with ‘Black Lives Matter’ and I’m really struggling because I would in essence probably really seriously think about joining them.

We had this conversation yesterday! Heh, that’s how we got last year’s Annie! :)

Chris Rock should still host the Oscars...as Nat X.

I try to pretend the reveal at the end never happened and it was more like the Clue ending where everybody did it, but I think Dan in general was just the worst. Like, he was always supposed to be this nice guy but was a cheating cheater and also kept backstabbing his so-called friends for his own gain. Yuck, Dan.

IT DIDNT MAKE ANY SENSE. ugh.

Um yeah! Complete sociopath with boundary issues and a god complex!

*spoiler*

Dan was an obsessive stalker. Discuss.

Like, I don’t even care that it’s fiction. A friend of mine said it was “romantic” that he wrote himself into Serena’s world. My reaction was something like this:

I saw a short preview of the first episode at a museum event shortly before Christmas. Even though this article doesn’t mention them there are prominent POC characters on the show. One of them, Samuel, is a secret doctor in the hospital (he can’t legally practice). He’s also shown to be interested in Aurelia, a former

So, my initial gut reaction/assessment was right: a story about the Civil War centered around White experiences...how...original.

Yes, exactly! Big was awful, but so was Carrie. And while I loved Aiden, he was WAY too nice a guy for her... I would have been sad for him if they ended up together.

I’m with you. I felt the story depicted Carrie and Aiden as interesting and appealing people– who were just not right for each other. I’ve experienced that equation several times in the dating world and it is very difficult to navigate. You meet someone great – but that still doesn’t make them the right person for you.

Wine and Netflix is a great combination! Also, apartment update: I’ve viewed two places so far closer to work and I’m checking out a 3rd on Tuesday. If it doesn’t pan out, I’m just renewing my lease and putting up with the commute-subway, so not as bad as driving-for another year.
