"...wakes all grumpy"? Was that in the official description? Glad to see they are taking this seriously.

@OtherGonzo: My first thought. Where are Spider's shades?

I was told a story by a biological anthropologist once that really serves to demonstrate the power of jogging.

@Meander061: Are you some sort of twisted madman? Why would you want to bring back Nightman? The fact that this looks like Nightman is the reason I am pretty sure it is going to be awful.

Dibbuk Box: Loosely based on a true story? What does that mean? Someone once bought a box at a yard sale?

Sometimes I think about the time I was drunk and seriously considered kicking Tarantino down some stairs.

Funny, I came out of "Signs" in a state of furious anger at M. Night. Not second two Matrix movie level anger, but pretty high.

I don't think that I could personally pull this off. But I think that the world would be a better place if this actually existed.

Why is the China power consumption and the U.S. power consumption in different units? I would like to be able to see the comparison without having to work out some sort of conversion.

When I was in graduate school, one of my anthropology professors once said "The object of boxing is to cause enough brain damage in your opponent to render them unconscious." Click! I will never watch boxing again.

@Alasdair Wilkins: Well, given the fact that humans have generally been fairly quick on the draw to wipe out those that are different than us, I didn't really see that it was that big a leap.

My only comment is that the idea that Neanderthals wiped out Erectus doesn't seem so odd. I don't know why that idea should be harder to believe just because it is "dramatic".

Wearing a fencing mask backwards wouldn't work. Most of your face would be uncovered, you would be able to see and it would fall off every time you moved your head. I think that a better way would be to cover the top inside part of a mask with cardboard or paper. Leave the bottom part open so you could breathe.

@Chip Overclock: Of course it's a good thing. If there is one thing to be learned from this article it is that Queen was EPIC.

Holy cow. I have never even heard of the Brain and I am 100% sure that my life is poorer for it.

I would take most of these movies over another sequel. Real Genius, Back to the Future, and Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure are bona fide classics.

I expect all your articles to begin and end with Queen from now on.

I knew a guy in Belize with a botfly in his foot. He said that it got active at night and could feel it moving around. One night he drank a lot of run and had someone cut it out. It was pretty rad.

Gleemonex. It's like 72 degrees in your head.
