Most missions can be accessed from private lobbies. The only exceptions are business missions, like Biker, CEO and gunrunner. And if you could do those without the risk of other players, it’s super easy to take in a lot of dough.

No real need for shark cards. Find some people (the GTAV discord channel is great for this) and do some Contact Missions and Heists. They’re completely instances, so no need to worry about other players hanging you.

On pc, you can block ports in Win10’s firewall to ensure that other players will not be able to join. On console, you can also do this with your router.

They already have that. There are private, friends only and crew only lobbies. The problem is that you can’t do certain missions, like biker business and gunrunner unless you’re in a public lobby. Then again, doing them in a lobby where you don’t have to worry about other players coming after you makes those things

It’s damned if you do, damned if you don’t. Valve used to be strict about curating what could and could not come onto Steam. People were annoyed and wanted Valve to be more open. So Valve became more open and even pushed the process into a democratic position by letting the userbase have a say. Now, people are upset

There is some cool stuff on Greenlight. The problem with all of this is that it’s so subjective and reeks of talking down and nanny-state ideals. It’s the “let me tell you what to like” mentality in mob form.

Some people loath the RPG Maker-style games on Greenlight. Some people actually enjoy them. And I don’t think

So, a group that largely takes a hands-off approach to moderating is upset that Valve largely takes a hands-off approach to moderating what they sell on their store? The irony is so rich that, once you digest this facet, you won’t need to eat any spinach for the rest of your life.
