I tried to make infused bourbon for Christmas presents. I stuffed peeled and sliced ginger root, four cinnamon sticks, and some honey in there a week ago, and all I can taste is the honey. My friends won’t care, we’ll probably kill the bottle Christmas night, but I had some my sister made and it was so much better…

I think (hope) Short is ok. She disappeared last night, but she’s said before that her husband knows about what’s going on here and she has a good support system, so I hope she’s ok. This is terrible.

This has been going on for awhile. Short and Mortal Dictata have documented it pretty closely on their blogs, if you aren’t familiar. It continues to escalate, and becomes increasingly personal.
