I think it’s cute that he thinks he’s so smart. No class action settlement can address every possible contingency, which is why the court retains jurisdiction over the claim even though its technically settled. And he’s clearly never dealt with a Federal Judge if he thinks the court will endorse his actions.

And I’m sure that if the President were to visit Los Santos, San Andreas, Liberty City, etc. that they’d be sure to take extra-special precautions.

There’s a very low chance even here. Do you actually think there’s commercially available munitions would even penetrate, let alone stop the President’s Limousine? Plus, there are up two decoy limos that travel with him. So no, nothing is happening to the President’s motorcade even in the gun friendly US.
