I hope no one goes at all. If this is successful, studios will start releasing their extended versions for all films, perhaps cutting the original film more than they would normally. I like seeing movies in the theatre for the experience, but there's no way in hell I'd pay to go to a film that's been cut so that they

...and here I thought that The Descent was just a lovely little horror flick with a deliciously evil ending (in the non-US theatrical version or uncut anyways) where the protagonists just happened to be female...maybe even a somewhat feminist film since everyone kicks ass to some extent, plus they're CAVING...that's

@SQ85: That's incredibly true. It's not even the "if they're poor they should work harder" type of people; it's unconscious and deeply rooted.

@TnOdyssey001: Aw you just brought me back with you. That was my first shooter, first online multiplayer...over dial-up too!

So, by this ruling, since there's no reasonable expectation of privacy, anyone can plant GPS trackers on anyone else's vehicle. This sounds good...

First off, the biker's an asshat; he's pretending to be a car, but not following traffic laws.

@PoorLumpyPony: How is it then that a military background is largely viewed as a plus for a politician? You're in the vast minority in your opinion of the type of people that join the military.

@CrabSpirits: In their defense that is the universal electronic symbol for "antenna." Definitely martinis if you've never seen it before though.

@ne1245: That's disgusting. I think 99% of the time you'd be safe and it's certainly the RIGHT thing to do. Cali gets more and more f-ed up the more I hear about it.

@PoorLumpyPony: Yes because selling your soul to the world of business by sacrificing your morals, respect, and the livelihoods of others to make a buck for the company the signs your paycheck is so much more noble a calling.

@LemonFool: So-called "Good Samaritan Laws" protect the rescuers from legal action.

Statistics are always a dubious source of information. That said, I'm not sure they're that far off.

@crazyhead: You know, it's really only IE6 that causes the major, spend-80%-of-development-making-some-stupid-thing-display-correctly problems; the rest can be dealt with fairly easily. A year ago I would've heartily agreed with you, but developing for IE8 isn't that bad at all...just wish they'd implement

@seatangle: I remember vacationing in the Caribbean when I was about 18 and experiencing my first topless beach. As a young man of that age it was a little weird and very hard not to stare at first. After a day or two it didn't seem like a big deal at all...seemed as normal and non-sexual as a bikini or bathing suit.

@drunkexpatwriter: I'm straight and I wear Diesel shoes. Where I'm from I think Diesel is seen as just one of those "a bit too expensive for their own good" brands, at least when it comes to men's clothing...but I do like their shoes...

The top two are ancient cars that, while awesome, still look like they were built half a century ago! They don't look "new" in any respect, whether the design is timeless or not.

The McLaren F1 looks like it could've been released last year, not nearly 20 years ago!

Aussie girls are teases anyways...

@Magic_Beard: Exactly, this article is not about justification or blame; it's about remembrance.

@newyorkmuse: Agreed, the spirit of some of these comments are quite disturbing... :-\
