Kill it with fire.
Texas = no regulations
A company lying to a regulatory body? Geeze that has never happened before!
I really want to vote NP but the tin worm appears to be setting in, there are no interior shots and it appears to be a lower trim model. This is more like a $1500 car.
I've never heard MicroSD being referred to as 'TF'
I don't disagree with the idea of CARB but the implementation is awful. They need to get rid of that whole 'light truck' classification and if they are really serious about air quality how about taxing 'high pollution' vehicles and using that money for public transit?
My dad wanted one of these new in '89 but we ended up getting a Maxima instead. I've always had a soft spot for these and Merkurs (although obviously unrelated.) You don't see too many around anymore and it is cheap enough you could garage it whenever you want/need. If there was an American version of Wheeler Dealers…
In the US they are generally legal because you still need the key(s) to drive the car away. Also, most cars sold here are automatics so they are easier to fit/install.
A tag isn't THAT expensive, not quite in the Patek Philippe price zone.
A CVT is a better solution than a (traditional) automatic.
Funny how the other day when I pointed out how useless those wheels and tires are all the haters piled on me.
*yawn*
This should ensure that you will never be able to find a manual one.
How much cheaper would this be to produce than the 1.6l 4-cyl?
N - I am financing my first car ever, a 5-year note and I don't know if I would want to have a loan this long again. Newer cars are pretty reliable so yeah in reality you could have a 6 or 7 year note and the car will be fine but I think most people would be sick of it by then. Also, you would be upside-down pretty…
Well the one (major) difference of having someone in the car is that they are (at least somewhat) aware as well. They can see if a car in front of you slams on your brakes or what have you.
Couldn't agree more. Between the texters, talkers, old people, drunks etc etc autonomous cars will make the road a MUCH safer place. I love driving but not having some dumbass cut across 3 lanes while yapping on the phone because they will miss the starbucks.
But that only cuts down on part of the distraction. They will just be distracted with the phone coming through the car stereo....
The nissan VQ is fairly distinctive at least on the outside. I think it sounds pretty good on the outside but pretty awful on the inside. I would imagine the Alfa sounds delightful either way.
