Same principle, except now you've added several hundred pounds and an engine.

That rear step is a killer. I can remember many times riding it like a scooter standing on the back step. If the front of your foot caught the ground you were guaranteed to wipe out.
I hope this Razr works out better for Motorola. The original was probably the first phone that everyone buzzed about, but the Razr, Krzr, and all the spin-off flip phones were some of the worst quality phones I ever saw. I don't know a single person who had one of the original Razr phones who didn't have it fail or…
I don't know why Motorola would name their phone after the Razr again. Sure, it has good brand recognition, but they were some of the most unreliable phones ever made.
I was more late-80's through the 90's, but I am happy to say I've seen all these shows at least a few times.
Simply put, kickstarter is an innovative way to get ideas out the door and into production. If you don't like kickstarter, don't visit the website! Simple as that.
Remember when you had turbo buttons on PCs? Did anyone else ever just keep the turbo on the entire time?
All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares.
Now I can get drunker, faster, and still not enjoy the terrible taste of my own demise! And I thought I was limited to drinking "Ice" beers or malt liquor.
I totally agree with you. Joe did what he should have done...report it to his superiors. His superiors failed to take action. While Joe should have then gone over their heads, there was failure at every step of the way.
To be fair, Joe did tell his immediate superior, which was the right thing to do. Where he failed is that once it was apparent his superior was not going to address the issue, he did not take the next step. Either way, the entire Penn State system failed, not just Joe.
It could be all diamond plate and I won't care until the seats are roomier and there is more legroom. I realize you can just "buy a better seat", but there really is a disparate impact on taller individuals in non-first class seating.
That depends. I'd rather be under red lighting if the cabin was dark, as it does not affect low-light vision as much as the other spectrum of light. That's why when you are in astronomy classes they tell you to find a flashlight with a red lens or cut a circle out of a clear red folder to put over the flashlight. Also…
I don't see species incongruence in forming chicken nuggets into dinosaur shapes. In fact, it seems like the perfect representation of cyclical time, since birds are modern dinosaurs.
Don't confuse CPU cores with GPU cores. This article is referring to graphics processing cores.
Especially when them "leaving the hive" entails swarming inside your home with this design!
From the mock pictures its pretty easy to see that they mean that they intend the white part to be on the outside of a structure and the clear dome to be on the inside of the structure.
I was speaking more about the fact that they mention you can "pop off the cover" of a bee hive that is literally in your kitchen. It's just an accident waiting to happen, especially with people who would buy something like this thinking it was a cool way to get fresh honey instead of actually understanding the risks…
I just can't see this ending well.
A good example of designers making something without any knowledge about the subject. I can't imagine they consulted a bee-keeper or two about this.
