Definitely. I want WebOS to survive, but I also want to have access to all my android apps since I use android almost exclusively. The next best thing would be to get a similar android app emulator onto the Touchpad like there is on the Playbook.

Go to dealnews.com and sign up for email alerts. Make an alert with the keyword "touchpad" and then it will send you an email the moment the deal is posted on the dealnews.com website. I did this yesterday and got a 32gb Touchpad for the $149 price on amazon.com.

I'll bet you could put a small piece of rubber or foam under the case button so it clicks the smaller slit-style button on the touchpad. I'm not sure if it all lines up, so I'd really like to see someone do some measurements on all the controls between the two.

To be fair, the audio on the Touchpad is pretty awesome. It actually might suffice for listening to music in a single room.

They haven't really been discounting cases BUT I looked up the specs for the Touchpad and first iPad and the height, width, and depth are all within 1-2mm of each other. You may find better luck getting a discounted iPad case!
