Yes, the premise of noise cancelling headphones, is that they have microphones on them, and send opposite waves of sound into your ear, effectively ‘cancelling’ the sound out. You don’t have to be listening to music for the cancelling feature to work. As for earplugs, when those are in, you definitely hear more of the

Or we could just pick up a few Silent Eagles to augment the F-22's.

Hmm. Wonder if ALIS will eventually be taken down by the Red Queen Virus :P

That was my thought as well, my favorite craft beer ONLY comes in bombers, the brewery doesn’t even sell it on tap to fill growlers.

If we can’t resurrect the Raptor, let’s augment them with F-15SE’s. They’re relatively inexpensive comparatively, the assembly line is open, and there are a large number of trained maintainers out there for the platform they could let in, being they gutted the Air Force maintainer corps for end force numbers while not

It’s one of the many sources, but not having the coping skills to address said failures, and lashing out in a socially unacceptable manner without being corrected by a parent definitely carries into that. Way to take that off the deep end, though.

Competition is a huge part of it. When you don’t get picked for the team, or you get cut, that’s a HUGE lesson in life, that you won’t always get everything, and those that worked harder, or had more talent in that area, will. It causes a person to re-assess their strengths and weaknesses, rather than reciting “I can

Alaska is fighting this battle right now. The state government is about 95% funded by oil royalties and taxes, and is now running massive budget shortfalls that you can’t cut your way out of without decimating education and Medicare.

And people wonder why we have the horrific violence we have when someone loses it, why depression is so much higher. I think it has a ton to do with our ‘participation ribbon’ mentality instead of allowing true competition and failure. “Kids” don’t know how to react to a real world where you can fail when you’ve

I always floss before, mainly so whatever particles and goo get loosened up, get brushed away with the toothbrush, it also allows the toothpaste to work in the crevices that were previously covered in food or plaque.

I’m with you, I have my plex server on lower end hardware. I run Kodi, and then connect it to Plex using the PlexBMC plugin on my FireTV as well. Gives it 3d support that way too, and far fewer ‘can’t connect to server’ messages.

That is about the conclusion I came to as well. It went from a relatively quiet anti-virus prog, to ultra-upsell-annoy-the-sh*t-outta you program that rarely found anything.

Footer signature, constant notifications that don’t turn off. Upselling popups constantly. Avast was good and I recommended it for years...I don’t anymore, and I’d rather risk Windows Defender and Malwarebytes.

I run Kodi with a PlexBMC plugin on an Amazon FireTV. Using Kodi, allows me to support 3d, multiple resolutions, and fixes the 5.1 problem on the FireTV App. The Plex app is buggy(on the FireTV), and frequently disconnects from my server, while Kodi w/PlexBMC has no such issues.

At least it’s only 39 bucks if the psycho with the shotgun comes out. Get a grip. Not everyone wants to peek through your window to watch you sitting there trolling Gawker.

more than likely cost/missile, or compatibility issues maybe?

DST is useless in Alaska. Just saying, Dark at 9am, dark at 4pm in the winter. Light from 3am to 1am in the summer. Blackout curtains and SAD lamps are our friends.

I’ve been on the same run. Playing the PS RPGs. Working through PE myself right now. I love that I can sync the saves between my PS3 and the vita with a little bit of work. It’s been about the only thing I’m using the Vita for. I’m not even sure why I bought it, except I think I got it for under 50 bucks at a pawn

Japan legitly did some anime paint jobs on their F-16’s and some helo gunships.

This totally made my day
