I am a longtime fan of the series, but at this point I’m wondering who in the writers’ room is Stanning so hard for Barry. I’ve never found him particularly funny or interesting - the Barry/Other Barry thing wore itself out right away.

God damn, I’d push it up to an A just for that great character animation. And some of those alien designs were pretty great too. And of course Funbeak.

And yes, Judy Greer is indeed a goddess. Cheryl is pretty much the series’ MVP at this point.

I for one am glad he hasn’t finished the books yet. Gonna take a few thousand pages to get to Khaleesi’s marriage to Jack Sparrow, but I think Martin can do it.

Definitely funny episodes and I liked how they wrapped up the John Kelley arc. An issue I have with introducing Tim Meadows as a character actor in any series is that that means that show has established that they will never satisfy my need for Tim Meadows playing said character.

I would have probably given the episode a B+ in that I thought it was just as entertaining and engaging as last week’s but there were a few things that didn’t work.

I wish I could give this comment more than one upvote. Also, I’m kicking myself that the Twin Peaks connection didn’t immediately occur to me when I watched the scene.
