There’s a pizza place near me that uses an oven (allegedly) made from volcanic rock from Pompeii, and it cooks a pizza in a minute and a half. GREAT pizza too. It’s called 786°, LA locals can find it in the Valley and I think they just opened a location in Pasadena.
