I think when a game is funded on Kickstarter, it has a different set of expectations for things like delays or quality. If they aren't met, it is met with harsher criticism than a traditional game would. Whether that's right or wrong, I don't know.

All of these really have one major flaw in them... they’re basically just silly phones that are attempting to put a nostalgic Nintendo console design aesthetic into a a slab phone. They’re all thinking too... inside the box.

If it has 1.5 million total active subscribers, then I’m guessing they didn’t all just come over from WoW. I’m just saying, after playing a subscription mmo for 11 years, a lot of these people probably aren’t looking into starting all over again with a new mmo. This was how I felt when I left WoW

Seems even funnier that the biggest thing Microsoft has gotten out of Rare in the last 10 years is a collection of games Rare made 20 years ago.

This is actually more to do with Microsoft trying to claw back ANY of the money they spent on the disastrous acquisition of Rare than it is about Nintendo mishandling it’s back catalogue.

They have one less game then Rare Replay. That’s not “making a mockery” of anything.

You didn’t bother to mention that Nintendo had to sign off on these being released, so in part you to have to thank Nintendo for allowing them to re-publish these.

Rare’s games do not hold up as well as Nintendo’s first party. You included DK64 in the Nintendo list to use as a crappy game, even though it’s a Rare game.

So what exactly is the point of this article? To shit on Nintendo...? To mock them for not buying Rare? You guys already talked about how awesome Rare Replay is in your review, so I don’t feel like this post was really necessary.

This is fucking bullshit. What about all the stoners that play games professionally. If your not high while you play it shouldnt make a fucking difference.

Yeah, I really don’t like HS for that reason. But sometimes I have an urge to play some, I go back to it, and after a day I remember why I stoped playing in the first place.

This is great for folks that are active in the game, but for “returning” casual players like me it’s just a headache. My collection is already anemic as is (missing tons of epics and legendaries from base set alone), and this just pushes the game further into the territory of “You’ll never catch up, don’t even bother.”

Yep. I’m also trading in the PS4 version I bought. Didn’t like the comments made about Nintendo gamers after that fiasco. Completely unprofessional.
