Dangerous precedent. Any company that acquires another is subject to a future breakup if they are successful?

Well it wasn’t massive at the time, Instagram had 0 revenue when Facebook bought them and only a handful of employees. I also find it hard to argue that Instagram would have been successful without Facebook buying them and being able to leverage FB’s back end. Will be interesting to see where this goes.

My car. I got a “good deal” on it as a used luxury car 5 years old with only 30k miles on it. It has run well (knock on wood) and I’ve had it for about 4 years now.
