To be fair, I don't really see too much boobies in the picture above...

Probably thanks to that liquid diet.

This part pissed me off. It's like, "Applaud us! We took something terribly offensive down the first time we were alerted!"

I think there was supposed to be a comma after the Scott reference. I tripped over that, too.

I hate mayo. Hate it. When I saw how it was made when I was younger, I decided that it wasn't for me or other sane people.

I love scanning everything in it, just for kicks. (I'm a terribly boring person.)

And don't forget: we don't know this woman's mental state.

I really didn't want to comment on this entire thread because it's a doozy, but I just had to point that out.

I am so unenthused with everything that they do that I completely skimmed over the Simpson reference – I had to go back and see what you were talking about.

Absolutely. This is what I hate about this argument, that it's great that there are more "normal" women represented in the media. I'm naturally tinier than most people – and I know others who are, too. How are we not normal?

Someone I know suggested it could be representative of "2014" but that would be just as wrong (considering it's, well, 2015).

I read the first sentence as "While out for a joint." When I learned my mistake, I stopped reading.

I love the part where they say "1 in 3 members of any congregation have participated in an abortion."

Participated? How so? Did you pass the doctor the instruments, or does sitting at home and watching Highlander reruns, eating Cheetos and not thinking about the procedure that the woman you impregnated is currently

That part literally made me shudder. That's a deal breaker. (Do people still say that?)

Oh man! I thought it was bad in the TO area with our -3o WITH windchill. :(

Totally. She's religious, but not a zealot. She's had a lot of issues with letting her children grow up (there's four of us in total), especially the girls. As the oldest, I was somewhat able to "break free" when my sister, the youngest by about a decade, came along, but she's still sort of in it.

My mom made me wear braids until I was 14 (side head style, as shown here, until I was about 12 before allowing the single down-the-back of the head style was provided as an option) and my sister, who is 22 and still under my mom's thumb, still wears one.

That was my first thought. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I AM NOT ALONE THANK GOODNESS!!!!

I feel as though I am in the minority, but I cannot STAND Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmas Time." Part of it has to do with the synth, part of it has to do with the fact that my dad played it on repeat the Christmas morning I was awake all night vomiting and watching the Christmas/Hanukkah/wintertime episodes of

Is she always wearing these high-waisted panty things? I swear it's all I've ever seen her in.

Indeed. I was actually impartial about Reese, and now I have to say I like her a tad bit more.
