Hello all! I’ve been saving up for Cadence of Hyrule and Mario Maker, but as vacation approaches more of my budget has been saving up for that. Soon...

I will gladly check them out! It might be a few weeks for me due to other recent purchases keeping me from buying SMM2 at launch, but I do love seeing everyone’s different ideas.

Didn’t you hear? Anything can be an acronym now!

I’m of a similar mind to you though, this doesn’t make much sense. At one point I thought they were going the way of Tesla though, and were gonna have an E and Y model so they could be like “ayyyy look at our S.E.X.Y. Xbox’s!”. Thankfully, that doesn’t seem to have

I would love another Sly Cooper. Sadly, I do not have a PS4, though I’ll be keeping my eye on the PS5, especially if it has backwards compatibility.

RE: Celeste, keep your same save file! You won’t have access to your double jump in levels where you didn’t originally have the double jump, but there is an assist mode that adds extra dashes if you feel that’s dumb. Strawberries, B-Sides and Hearts can be fun, but there are some B-sides that just destroy you. I

Re: The Witness. Keep at it, change your perspective when you keep plugging the same solutions, and when you start getting frustrated, just go somewhere else. I would estimate I completed about 60-70% of the Islands puzzles, but I did struggle a lot with the section in the desert you’re talking about. I can message

Mario + Rabbids is a very fun game that I did not expect to be laughing at as much as I did. I appreciate the way they made XCOM: Lite without toning down the difficulty overly much.

Oh nice! Once you make it off Taris the game really opens up. Dantooine is fun for a time, but it’s really after Dantooine where the game shines. I just left Kashyyyk on my current playthrough!

Hello all! Not much new to report this week. The Xbox One X, which I will from here on out just call an XBOX, has been treating me well, though I have yet to take it for a full joyride. I had to fiddle with the TV to get the picture right, so I mostly just putzed about in Sea of Thieves while I was calibrating the TV.

Oh yeah, I feel the same way about them. I know they’re definitely the antagonists. I think just some of the imagery unsettled me at first. I think the game starts with you about to be sacrificed, if I remember correctly? I dunno, something struck me as weird about it, so I figured I’d just let other people enjoy it.

Phoenix Wright is classic, glad you’re enjoying it. As you’ve probably noticed it really picks up after the second case. There was a time where I was going through each Phoenix Wright game in order, but I fizzled out around the Miles Edgeworth game. I would love to get back to it though.
Re: Board games; Sounds like

Hello all! While this might make me a bad punk, I love E3, consumerist warts and all. And while this wasn’t a banner year as this console generation winds down, I was happy with a few things.

I’m always down for saving a buck. I guess we’ll see. I was pretty invested in where I was at the time, so $10 isn’t that big of a deal for me. Only reason I haven’t dropped it already is cause of saving up for the big Xbox purchase

Enjoy Celeste! The difficulty curve for the story missions is perfect, in my opinion. I petered out once I got into extra levels, but I would say go as far as your determination takes you. You’ll be surprised how far that takes you!

Hello all! This weekend I will be playing KOTOR Into the Breach, as KOTOR was taken off of Gamepass. It’s a lovely thing Microsoft has, but could it at least warn me when titles will be taken off. I put 20 hours into KOTOR and was just finishing up Kashyyyk. Ah well – eventually I’ll pony up a whopping $10 so I can

Homer’s brother Herb would love to sell you something!

The King of Prussia Mall is actually the biggest mall in America, beating the Mall of America by 14,000 square feet. There’s your not-so-fun fact of the day.

This weekend my best friend from college is being ordained a priest, so there won’t be much in the way of gaming! It will be a fairly packed weekend. Come Monday I will resume my play-through of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Soon as I saw it on Game Pass I knew I had to replay it. And the game still holds up

Not much to update on the gaming front. I have not finished any further Tall Tales in Sea of Thieves, despite my best efforts. Each time I’ve been unlucky and been attacked by marauders. I’ll continue on with them soon as I can.

This interview gave me so much joy. Is this awkwardness also on purpose? Or is Gordon just always like this?
