I think 116 cars total being painted this color puts it firmly in the rare category. (odd that it has the same number of miles as there were cars painted this color)  I legit can’t recall ever seeing one in this color before.  Combine that with sub 200 miles for a soon-to-be 30 year old car, I’d say it deserves a spot

Someone will pay it. Or possibly more. Corvette buyers are all about low mileage, and it doesn’t get any lower than this.

You can always self-insure if you think that the evil insurance industry is just taking your money. Here are the requirements for Florida. Which frankly, are SCARILY low:

All companies under a free market exist to take your money, what’s your point with this comment?

the bootlicking gutter trash will still come out of the woodwork.

And many will never listen in that class and then get spicy later and scream “Why wasn’t I taught that in school?”

let’s see... take the charger... it’s already got 4 doors.... electrify it... lift it 2~3".... raise and extend the roofline... not so far that it’s longer or taller than the durango, but enough to give it the CUV look that consumers ‘oh so desire....’

The seats are some of the best fit you will ever sit in. I have an 85 Z51 and my SLK seats are not as good a place to sit.

No dice for me since an LT1 C4 in similar condition can be had for the same price.

Holy crap folks I just actually watched the video.

I use a different way of looking at it.

My philosophy is a variation on that comparing costs/value idea, but the concept of ‘when repairs exceed market value’ strikes me as a misunderstanding of a car’s place in our life. It treats the car as if it is an investment whose value you are constantly analyzing. Now, there are some people for whom cars are

I miss cars that were unable to think for me. I want the car to do the same thing, every time, even if that’s a bad thing. I don’t like cars making choices about what it THINKS I meant by my inputs, because sometimes that car and I don’t see eye to eye.

Split gate rear hatches for wagons and SUVs. Like on the older XC90s and BMW X5s (and others), splitgates are so functional. I get that there are pros and cons to them, but in my view, the pros far outweigh the cons. I would LOVE a splitgate on my B5 S4 avant, and have even looked into fabricting something (TLDR; it’s

Double-din radios. These days the infotainment system is so heavily integrated into the car that it’s impossible to upgrade. That means that when your system becomes obsolete in two years (or is it six months?), your only option for upgrading is to buy a new car.

The “feature” I would like to see is a lack of features. Something like early 80s imports. That was enough.

Normal cars built in multiple body-styles:

I’m going to go with 2 doors. Everything today is either too big or too small. I miss the GMC Yukon / Chevy Tahoe, although the 2 door argument could be for pickups, cars, and SUV’s.

Hideaway headlights:

You could say the same about basically any vehicle, even the wrangle. Let’s face it 90% of them never see a gravel road.  Who cares.  Fact of the matter is the new pathfinder looks better than most 3 row suv’s now, and is a good enough vehicle for most.
