to me it’s just intellectual laziness masquerading as cynicism. I don’t know what happened or didn’t happen to you under Obama—either “all your dreams didn’t come true” or “some minority acquired one more right that you’ve always had but you didn’t want them to have”—but at least Democrats *want* to govern, if

Please join the ACLU if you haven’t already. They are swamped with cases and are 100% reliant on private donations to stay afloat.

Funny how all the “What about the children?!” Christians are remarkably silent over the treatment of children and their parents by the trump administration.

and for all the dipshits who say “they’d do the same thing under Biden too”...I doubt it but let’s find out! :-/

As much as I’m not a huge fan of Biden, it really should not be a hard decision at all. I’d be willing to vote for Pence at this point if it meant Trump wouldn’t be re-elected.

Thank you for saying what we’re all thinking while somehow having the control and the maturity to do so without using any vulgarity or cheap shots - many of us, myself included, find that difficult sometimes. And this poor woman...

Reason number 4301 to hold you nose and vote for Biden in November. The longer this kind of thing is allowed to go on, the harder it will be to end it.

Aunt Becky walking into a courthouse looking like she’s aged ten years while her airhead daughter pretends to luxuriate without a care in the world is like the epilogue montage from a John Waters movie.

To me, Annie Murphy as Alexis has the best character arc in TV history, even surpassing Alexis Denisof as Wesley on Buffy & Angel

Yeah, maybe not as bad as he is but she was on the View for awhile and she said some pretty stupid shit.

Also nice to see Candace Cameron-Bure not opening her mouth and spewing out vile Evangelical Christian Hate Speech

I believe you mean “pup talk.”

Dan Levy said that he wanted to get all the sentimental stuff done the second to last episode and then just have the last episode be a celebration. So that tracks.

I can’t even think about Stevie singing “Maybe This Time”, without crying.

I can’t recall a show that delved that deep into a for the most part platonic friendship. That was a really beautiful moment, too.

Have to go with favorite moments:

I think she said in an interview that that lightbulb was just there. Like, the props department didn’t plan it or anything, there just happened to be a spare lightbulb in the drawer.

Downplaying the character is just fine by me too! But Chris Elliott was unarguably the third most well-known cast member (at first) and it’s weird to not include him, especially when the doc made a point of talking about casting all the characters.

Johnny giving Stevie a forehead kiss at the wedding broke me. There are so many relationships on this show to love, but I think this one might be my favourite. He was her mentor, her surrogate dad (it seemed) and her friend. So much growing happened between the two of them. It was so genuine and lovely, it took my

A thousand times, yes.
