My wife is big on Schitt's Creek, and some bits have seemed funny when I walk through the room while she's watching. It seems like Arrested Development part 2, from the outside, and I don't know if I can have that energy in my life right now.

My hope for the Schitt’s Creek finale is that Roland is killed. Quickly.

It’s well-worth sticking with it. I’ve just finished the fifth season (the latest one available on Netflix here in Australia), and it’s just a genuinely nice show, as well as being very funny.

I’ve only just started ‘Schitt’s Creek’ on Netflix. It’s growing on me slowly. I’m mostly here from David, who always seems like he’s one crisis from completely losing his shit and self-destructing, but in a funny way.

Get in line. Take a number!

Also, if anyone hasn’t seen Mary Poppins Returns, please do. It is so enjoyable. With the exception of maaaaaybe the one with Meryl Streep, every song is so wonderful and fun. I saw it four times in theaters, once with an entire row of theater nerds singing along. (The theater was nearly empty anyway, so don’t bitch…

This made my heart grow seven sizes. Krasinski and Blunt, and of course, Miranda and crew, get all the love.

Totally cried happy tears this morning watching it. I would like to be best friends with Emily Blunt.

I teared up for the little girl, but it was really for me. Pure joy, when we need it most.

At times this show gets really self-indulgent in the way that Louie often did. Did we really need to see Randy Rainbow sing an entire Tom Waits song? The show was trying to make us care about this couple we’ve never met before and will likely never meet again. The whole wedding should’ve been a short montage.

I agree. They obviously care about each other — Andrew telling Chris to stay healthy and getting choked up — but that doesn’t stop them from those little insults.  I love it.  Siblings gonna sibling.

I don’t think that kink is disturbing, personally. I apologize if it lent indelibility to your tutu-and-fairy-wand image of the governor.

Their brotherly back and forth has been a delight through this mess.
