@Summerbabe: i saw SM on tour for the real emotional trash tour. i agree that a pavement reunion would be more pomp than circumstance. the more i listen to the Jicks, the more i am convinced that SM was the brains of the operation anyway.
@Summerbabe: the supporting tour was just basically him solo - sounded different than the album. i know what you mean though - i was a little cool on it when it came out, but i came around.
