I'm not sure if that's a good idea. My last attempt at self-medication resulted in strange visions of floods, fires, and a guy in a stupid bunny suit telling me the world was going to end.

Great photo choice, Sean! Even Donna seems to approve of this headline and marathon.
I forgot to mention that the correspondents had much more screen time this past summer than they've probably had in a long time. They probably started with a lot of correspondent segments / commentary to let John Oliver ease into the hosting job, but it was great to see them on my screen so much. It really made the…
John Oliver also has his great series on Australian Gun Control, the segment on the N-word with Lewis Black, and that stupidly funny segment on Britain's Fallen Soldiers that resulted in Jon Stewart peeing his pants laughing.
John Oliver has now ruined "Danger" and "I'm sexy and I know it" for me. Not that I thought they were great songs to begin with, but I can't help but burst out in laughter everytime I hear them.
That was some Inception level mind games being played there. And someone in the writers room is definitely a fan of Community, resulting in that scene of Bruce "shooting" himself. Tonally the episode was very different from last week, but I always like the episodes where Ryan tries to outsmart Wilfred and fails at…
I have seen the original series, hence my comment.
Not cool, dude. Given that the show's plot has followed the original show in broad lines, that could count as a spoiler. You've been around long enough to know better.
We're only on episode 6 out of a 13 episode season. I don't mind that the show is still in world-building mode. Every new character is quite intriguing and the character information we get really adds to my understanding. If the show was already being more clear about the killers' motives or identity it would lead to…
- There are probably some Ren and Stimpy episodes that are very controversial. I just can't think of specific ones right now.
Tough guy Simon Pegg is the best.
Forgot about Happy Endings, which is not unusual for me. I usually find most Happy Endings episodes absurdly funny, but I always have trouble remembering storylines or individual jokes. A season 2 episode would probably be a good bet.

In addition to the great episodes already mentioned:
Wow, I did not expect that ending! That's one hell of a mindfuck, but it's also my main reason for watching this show.
Yes, it was not as funny or good as last week. However, I thought it was a pretty funny episode. It's never not funny that Trent sees terrorists everywhere, and there were some pretty good one-liners.
I haven't really seen that much of M*A*S*H, but I still got the joke. I thought this episode wasn't as tightly written as last week's, with several storylines just petering out or not coming to full fruition, but there was plenty of funny.
It's much better (and satisfying) to call that cheap Bieber knockoff the C-word than an 8-year-old girl.
@Kumagoro:disqus Linder has definitely not (succesfully) attended the El Paso Premature Involuntary Life Termination And Subsequent Disposal Academy.
I could believe this was the first time he killed someone, but he also didn't really seem to be that much bothered by it. That would point to him having killed someone…
Maybe it's my naïvety, but I didn't think that working in a shelter and smuggling girls across the border would mean that Linder had to kill people (regularly). His reaction showed that this was probably not the first time he had to kill someone, and that took me by surprise. What you're saying makes complete sense, I…
