Our prestige dramas—and increasingly, our best comedies—require careful attention. But that isn’t all we need from television. Sometimes we need knowing what you see when you look up at the screen.

The only reason I'm watching this show at the moment is for the interplay between Dorian and Kennex (there may be some good-natured ribbing going on, but I highly doubt this will turn or is meant to turn into rubbing). They are the only actual characters in the show. Captain Maldonado and Stahl are walking…
I can't help you with the log in problem or the general awfulness of NuDisqus, but I can help you with the "load more comments" issue. There's a simple solution (includes links to relevant websites):
That's a nice cover.
That's it, you've convinced me. I'm watching The Returned in the very near future.
I don't actually live in Britain, so while I can watch BBC1 and BBC2 via my cable company (as well as channels from at least 4 other countries), I don't get Channel 4.
Rectify is on my to-watch list because I've heard so many good things about it. But it seems like a show that you need to be in a certain mood for, so I'm waiting for the right mood to watch it.

Oh man, Peaky Blinders. Come for the great Cillian Murphy, stay for the awesome soundtrack. Red Right Hand is such a great song, and what's not to love about a soundtrack riddled with Jack White, Nick Cave, and Tom Waits songs?
That Pumped Up Kicks song
This cover of Lykke Li's I Follow Rivers.
And of course Monty Python's Always Look on the Bright Side of Life
Ever since NuDisqus and NuAVClub I don't trust "new and improved" anymore. No love for you, Best TV of 2013!
That scene brought tears to my eyes as well, especially because the line was a perfect callback to The End of Time (double the emotional response). And that last scene in the TARDIS was just such a brilliant piece of acting by David Bradley, it got real dusty after that.
I can remember watching Gandhi during social sciences, which basically took 4 weeks because the film's just that long (and we only had 1 hour of social sciences a week). I can remember actually looking forward to social sciences for a change. No learning about stupid pillarisation or the origin of countless political…
I'd rather watch a version where De Niro reprises his role as Captain Shakespeare (from Stardust).
This show takes its spoof of action thrillers very serious. I like how it hangs a lampshade on the unrealistic things people get up to in those movies (like how it's not that easy to disappear from your day job without any consequences), while still mining plenty of humour from these situations. It took a while to get…
By the time I watched the first season of Mad Men the hype had crossed the Atlantic, and the series was just behind. I remember coming across the first episode late at night on the BBC and just being instantly captivated by the show. It was so different from the shows I'd usually watch and opened my eyes as to what TV…
That scene with Jane and Austin (aka Dr Limp Dick, © CineCraft) in the lift was so funny. "Going up?" - At least part of Austin wasn't.
After last week's rollercoaster ride of an episode, it was nice to have an episode that slowed the pace a bit. I have no idea where the show will go with these two separate law firms. I like the legal tricks they use to screw with each other, but that's not sustainable in the long term. Conventional television…

This one has been bothering me: Why hasn't he ever formed a tag team with a wrestler called Hard Place?
