But…but…but that Michael J Fox show is totally going to save the network. Haven't you heard?

@avclub-036525b1dd66c5fc08a5220edc7f18eb:disqus Perhaps playing games isn't the right turn of phrase here, but most characters have done some immoral stuff.
I thought it was quite interesting that Alicia seemed a lot less in control of her emotions than normal. Last episode's coming out as atheist was quite an unexpected outburst, but I felt that the yelling during the mock trial, the challenging of the judge, and the argument with Will were signs of her being even less…
I never even thought Eli was innocent. We've seen him breaking the rules to assure victory as both campaign manager and as crisis manager.
Maybe it's a case of keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer? LG has cost ChumHum a lot of money over the past couple of seasons, most recently in the pre-nup episode.
After the first few references I was thinking "No way are they going to go there, this can't be true." But they did, and somehow I quite liked how they played the obliviousness of everyone involved, including the reporter. As for the episode overall, I'm still not sure if it was a brilliant piece of satire or a joke…
Did anybody see Newsreaders last night? Because I definitely need help reacting to something.
Banana? Banana! BANANA! BAAANAAANAAA!
Hey, you can never be too careful with spoiler alerts! I've seen people get upset after inadvertently finding out how the Trojan War ended.
ALMOST 200 YEAR OLD SPOILER ALERT
So it's not going to be sometime in the fall then? Better start the countdown to party time. Less than 1901 hours to go.
I was so disappointed they didn't have Barney make a comment about Jeanette clearly being on the wrong side of the Vicky Mendoza diagonal. They can manage a callback to Ted's red cowboy boots, but not to one of my favourite HIMYM episodes? I guess it's just symptomatic of the way the show is nowadays.
I don't know, am I?
That guy on the left has a sister who's a fookin' rocket scientist.
I highly doubt the pope with the "friendly eyes" will test well. Perhaps they should cast a monkey, preferably a capuchin.
Looks like a certain executive named Grünleaf should really look up the definition of broad comedy.
In 3D or the original version?
Hey, don't knock Bang Goes The Theory! It's a pretty good popular science show. In fact, the episode on the Japan earthquake in 2011 is one of the best explanations of the mechanisms behind earthquakes and tsunamis that I've seen.
I don't know if anybody has noticed it, but the Like button has been fixed. Now we can finally get back to basking in the glory we derive from seeing who has liked our comments.
