THIS! I have rheumatoid arthritis and i just got sick last week. I didn’t even put myself in the same category as everyone else around me who (I’m guessing) had the same exact thing. I handled it like a boss and kept it moving.

As a black person, the true horror was during all the micro-aggressions that Chris experienced during the first part of the movie. I feel that your comment touches on what Peele was trying to get across. There’s no such thing as low-key passive racism.

Good idea!! I am a horror wimp and I could have easily seen it alone. In fact, I’m going to see it again this week alone. There are only a couple startle parts, and as others have noted, the gore is contextual and not excessive at all. I covered my eyes during one part, but I was totally fine, and slept well. =)

You absolutely need to watch all previous seasons. =) It will be worth it!
