I think maybe not, it's not that it's very graphic violence or anything like that (that I remember right now), but it is really emotional on some parts, and deals with depression issues about those emotional stuff, and maybe your daughter is too little still for that stuff.

Actually, Brainiac is a very powerful villain when done right, see the Spuerman VS Brainiac storyline in the comics where Supergirl is terrified of Brainiac, that was really good.
