So I was looking up a different odd thing in the same area when I happened on this thread. Stop I decided to try, found the spot, and jumped on the formation. No quest, but there’s a voice saying vague, creepy shit. I couldn’t remember most, but it kept saying “Not time to come out. No, not yet."
