I very clearly saw this exact phenomenon last night (July 27th) while driving north on the 405 in Los Angeles at approx 9:45pm. It flew from West to east and disappeared behind the hills of Bel Air/Beverly Glen. White fireball with long distinct tail, not moving super fast.
